Questions about buying followers, likes and views
27 answers, covering whether a platform can act on your account for this, why a count drops weeks after it was delivered, and what you can get back when an order goes wrong. Every answer is in this page whether its row is open or closed, so you can search the page with your browser.
Before you buy
The questions worth asking before you spend anything.
It breaks the terms of service of every platform we sell for, and no panel can change that. What we can tell you is what happens on our side: we never ask for your password, we request no permission on your account, and every order runs from a public link that anyone could open. The risk that a platform acts on your account is real and it sits with you. If the account is how you earn, think hard before you order on it.
We cannot promise it will not. Platforms act on accounts for buying engagement and they do not say in advance which accounts or when. Any panel telling you it is 100% safe and guaranteed is guessing. We cannot appeal a platform decision, reverse it or compensate you for it, so treat that risk as yours before you spend anything.
It is not a criminal matter. It does break the terms you agreed to with the platform when you opened the account, which is a contract between you and them, and they enforce it however they choose. We are not lawyers and none of this is legal advice.
No. Every service takes a public link and nothing else. We never ask for a login, we request no permission on your account, and we never post from it. If a message claiming to be from us asks for the password to a social account, it is not from us.
The smallest credit package is $20, which costs $21.00 after the processing fee. Plenty of services cost under a dollar for 1,000 units, so one package covers several real orders. Run one, watch what arrives, and buy more credit only if you are happy with it.
Yes, before you can buy credit or place an order. You can read every service and every price without an account at all. The confirmation stops anyone spending money against an address that is not theirs, and it is how receipts and refund notices reach you.
Panels, child panels and the service-row terms
What a panel does, what a child panel is, and where the words on a service row are defined in full.
An SMM panel is a shop that sells social media engagement in bulk, priced per 1,000 units. You buy credit onto a balance, pick a service, paste the public link you want it delivered to, and the order goes into our delivery network. Status, start count and remaining quantity come back onto your order row until the order closes.
A child panel is a second SMM panel, with its own name and its own customers, that buys everything it sells from a bigger panel through an API. The owner sets their own prices and keeps the difference. We do not sell child panels. We do have a reseller API. Every account gets an API key, and /api/v2 accepts add, status, multi-status, refill, refill status, cancel and balance, which is what panel software expects to talk to.
Non drop is a quality tier, not a promise that nothing disappears. Drip feed splits one order into timed batches instead of delivering it all at once. A refill replaces units that dropped after delivery, free, inside the refill window. Partial means the order stopped short, and we put the undelivered share back on your balance without being asked. Start count is the number the link had when delivery began, and remains is how many units are still to come. The how it works page defines all seven terms in full, average time included.
Delivery, drops and what to do when something goes wrong
What happens after you press order, and where you stand when it does not go to plan.
Platforms remove accounts in batches. When they do, any followers you gained from those accounts go with them, whether you bought them or not. It usually shows up days or weeks after delivery rather than straight away, which is why it looks sudden. Three things decide what happens next here. If the service carried a refill and the window is still open, request the refill from the order row and the missing units are replaced free. If the order never finished in the first place it shows as Partial, and we will already have put the undelivered share back on your balance. If the service had no refill and the order completed, the drop is not refundable.
Your order is sent to our network within seconds of you placing it, and the network decides when delivery begins. Most services say they start within about 30 minutes. The total time after that depends on the service. Each row shows the average from recent orders as our network reports it, which is an average of what already happened and not a deadline.
Pending means the order is queued and delivery has not started. New orders sit here for a short while and it clears on its own. We read status back from our network once a day, so an order row can sit unchanged for up to 24 hours before it moves. If it has been longer than that, open a ticket with the order id.
Only if the order has not started. Cancelling an order that has not started returns the whole charge to your balance. Once delivery has begun, the units have gone to that link, and orders placed on the wrong link, post or account are not refundable. Check the link before you press order.
Services that allow cancellation are marked with it on their row. Cancelling before delivery starts returns the full charge to your balance. Once an order is running, whether it can be cancelled depends on the service and on our network.
No. Our network reads the count before and after delivery, and two orders on one link at the same time make both sets of numbers unreadable. Orders that overlap this way are not refundable. Wait for the first one to finish.
No. The link has to be public so our network can open it, and it has to stay public until delivery finishes. If the account goes private, the post is deleted or the link changes while the order is running, delivery stops, and that is not refundable.
That depends on the service, and the description is our network's rather than ours. Some services are described as real users and some are not. We show our network's description on the service row without editing it, and we do not add quality claims of our own that we cannot check.
Paying, fees and refunds
What you pay, the processing fee, and what you can get back.
$21.00. That buys $20.00 of credit and the difference is the $1.00 processing fee. Plenty of services cost under a dollar for 1,000 units, so that one package covers several orders.
Our payment company takes a cut of every payment. We show it as its own line instead of raising every service price to cover it quietly. The fee is $1.00 or 3.5% of the package, whichever is larger, so the $20 package costs $21.00 and the $100 package costs $103.50.
No. Card and Apple Pay through Whop, our payment company, or a payment arranged by hand with support. No Bitcoin, no USDT, no crypto gateway of any kind. Plenty of panels take it and we do not, so if crypto is your only way to pay, this panel will not work for you.
Card payments are taken by Whop, so the line on your statement is likely to name Whop rather than this panel. Every payment is listed with its own reference in your payment history inside the dashboard, so you can match a statement line to it.
No. Credit is prepaid balance for placing orders on this panel. It does not expire, and it cannot be paid back to a card or sent to a bank account. Refunds from cancelled and partial orders return to your balance. There is one exception, written into the refund policy. If we close your account and you have not breached the terms, we return what is left.
No. The processing fee on a credit package and the charge on an order are the only two amounts you will ever see. There is no monthly fee, no subscription, and nothing added at order time. The charge on an order is the rate on the row multiplied by your quantity, divided by 1,000.
Every service sets its own minimum and maximum order size and both are listed on its row. The minimum on one service tells you nothing about the minimum on another, so read the row before you order.
Your account and the API
For agencies, resellers and anyone placing orders from their own software.
Yes. Every account gets an API key on its account page. The endpoint is /api/v2 and it supports add, status, multi-status, refill, refill status, cancel and balance, in the response shape panel scripts already expect. Point an existing script here by changing the URL and the key. Full documentation with copy-paste examples is on the API page.
Yes. Orders are placed against a link, not against an account, so an agency can run every client from one balance and one order history. If you would rather place them from your own software, use the API.
Open a ticket from inside the panel. A ticket is attached to your account, so whoever answers can already read the order, the id our network gave it and any error it returned. Telegram, WhatsApp and email links appear on the support page when they are switched on.
