How to get help with an order

A ticket opened from inside the panel is the route that works. It is attached to your account, so whoever answers can already read your order, the id our network gave it and any error it returned. You do not have to paste any of that.

Support ticketTracked

Open a ticket from inside the panel

Every reply lands in the same thread and stays readable later. Pick the category that matches the problem so it reaches the right queue.

Put these three things in the first message

  • The order id from your order list.
  • The link you ordered on, exactly as you pasted it.
  • What your order row shows now, and what you expected instead.

Tickets need an account, because a ticket is attached to the orders on it. If you have a question before you buy, the FAQ answers most of them without signing up for anything.

Other channels

None are switched on right now. Tickets are the only way in, and they are the only route with your order history attached to them anyway.

Read this first

The API reference answers most integration questions without a ticket: every action, every error code and copy-paste examples.

What to check before you write in

Four situations that sort themselves out, and how to tell you are in one of them.

  • Pending means the order is queued and delivery has not started. New orders sit here for a short while and it clears on its own. We read status back from our network on a schedule rather than the moment it changes, so a row can show the same thing for a while and still be moving underneath. If nothing has changed after 24 hours, open a ticket with the order id.
  • If the count dropped and the service carries a refill, request the refill from the order row. That goes to our network directly and does not wait on us.
  • An order that stopped short refunds the undelivered share to your balance automatically. Check your balance history before you report credit missing.
  • Nobody here will ever ask for the password to a social account. Every service works from a public link. Treat any message asking you for a login as somebody pretending to be us.

If none of those match, the full FAQ covers drops, refills, refunds, payment methods and the reseller API. The refund policy lists exactly what is and is not refundable.
