Refund policy
Refunds on xsmmpanel.uk are paid as credit to your balance, where you can spend them on another order straight away. An order that stops short is refunded automatically for the part that never arrived. Credit cannot be paid back to a card.
In effect from 6 September 2026. If we change this policy we post the new version here with a new date.
1. How a refund reaches you
Every refund is credit put back on your balance. It appears in your balance history with the order number next to it, and you can spend it on another order immediately. We do not send refunds back to the card that bought the credit. Section 7 explains why, and the one case where that changes.
2. Refunds that happen automatically
These three need no ticket and no request from you. They are handled by the job that keeps your orders in step with our network.
- Partial delivery. If an order stops short, we refund the price of the undelivered part as soon as our network marks the order partial. Order 2,500 TikTok views, receive 1,000, and the price of the missing 1,500 goes back on your balance.
- Cancelled orders. Cancelling an order that has not started returns the whole charge.
- Failed orders. If a service breaks before delivery begins, we cancel the order and return the whole charge.
3. If we cannot send your order to our network
The charge leaves your balance the moment you confirm the order, before we send it on. If sending fails, the order keeps the error it returned and our sync job retries it. If it still cannot be sent, we cancel the order and put the whole charge back on your balance. The order and both movements stay visible in your history, so you can see what happened.
4. Refills instead of refunds
Services marked with a refill are topped back up rather than refunded. If the count drops inside the refill window shown on the service, request a refill from the order and the missing quantity is redelivered at no extra charge. A refill request is only valid while that window is open and only if the link is still public.
Services with no refill do not carry this. If a count drops after an order has completed on one of them, there is nothing to reclaim. The refill status is shown on every service before you order, on the services page.
5. What is not refundable
- Orders placed on the wrong link, the wrong post or the wrong account.
- Orders where the target was set to private, deleted or renamed part-way through delivery.
- Drops that happen after a completed order on a service with no refill.
- Action a platform takes against your account.
- Orders where a second order was placed on the same link before the first finished.
6. The processing fee
The fee charged on top of a credit package covers the card processor, and it is not refundable once the payment has cleared. A refund from an order returns the credit that was spent on that order. It does not return the fee that was paid to buy the credit in the first place.
7. Taking credit back out
Credit is prepaid balance for placing orders on this panel. It does not expire while your account is open. It cannot be paid out to a bank account or back to a card, so buy the amount you intend to spend.
There is one exception. If we close your account and you have not breached our terms of service, we return any unspent balance to its original payment method where that is possible.
8. Chargebacks
Open a ticket before you open a dispute with your bank. A ticket reaches someone who can see your order, the status our network reports on it and the payment record behind it, which is more than a bank sees when it decides a dispute.
A chargeback filed without contacting us first closes the account permanently and forfeits any balance left on it.
9. How to ask for a refund
Open a ticket from your dashboard with the order number and what went wrong. Check your balance history first. A partial order is refunded automatically, so the credit may already be there. Every route to support is on our support page.
