Terms of service

These terms cover holding an account on xsmmpanel.uk, placing orders, buying credit and using our API. Creating an account or placing an order means you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

In effect from 6 September 2026. If we change this policy we post the new version here with a new date.

1. Who you are dealing with

In these terms, "we" and "us" mean the operator of xsmmpanel.uk, and "you" means the person or business holding the account. We have been selling here since 2023.

Card payments are taken by Whop, not by us. When you buy credit you are checking out with Whop, their terms cover that transaction, and their name is what appears against the charge. Everything after the credit lands, the orders you place and what we deliver, is covered by the terms on this page.

2. What we sell

We sell social media marketing services: followers, likes, views, subscribers, members, reactions and similar, delivered to a public link you give us. Everything we sell is digital. There is nothing to ship and nothing to install.

Delivery is carried out through our delivery network, which includes third-party providers. When you order, we place and track the matching delivery for you. That is why a delivery time on a service is an average rather than a commitment.

3. Your account

Give accurate details when you register, and keep your password and your API key private. You are responsible for everything done under your account, including orders placed through the API. One person or business, one account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

You can read every service and every price before you confirm your email address. You cannot place an order or buy credit until you have confirmed it. The confirmation link we send is good for 24 hours and you can ask for a new one.

4. Placing an order

  • Orders are final once submitted. Check the link and the quantity before you confirm.
  • We charge quantity times the price divided by 1,000, taken from your balance at the moment you confirm. The price charged is the price shown on the service when you press order.
  • Links must be public and must stay public until delivery finishes. Targets that are private, deleted or renamed part-way through cannot be delivered and are not refundable.
  • Do not place a second order on the same link while the first is still running. Our network cannot count the result correctly if you do, and neither order is refundable on that basis.
  • Delivery times shown next to a service are averages our network reports. They are not guarantees. Changes on the target platform can slow or stop a service without notice.

5. Credit, prices and payment

Your balance is prepaid credit, held in USD. You buy it in six fixed packages between $20 and $1,000. A processing fee is added at checkout as its own line. It is $1.00 on the $20 package, and 3.5% of the package on the larger ones. So on the $20 package you pay $21.00 and $20.00 lands on your balance.

Card payments are handled by Whop, our payment company. You complete the payment on their site and return here, and your card details never reach our servers. We do not accept cryptocurrency. If card checkout is unavailable you can arrange a transfer through support instead.

Prices are set in USD. Any other currency shown on the services page is an approximate conversion for reading only, and you are always charged in USD. Prices can change at any time, because they follow our network's costs.

Credit does not expire while your account is open. Credit is for placing orders on this panel. It cannot be paid out to a bank account or back to a card, except in the one case described in our refund policy.

6. Refunds and refills

Refunds are paid as credit to your balance. If an order stops short, we refund the price of the undelivered part automatically. Cancelled orders and orders that fail before delivery starts return the whole charge. Services marked with a refill are topped back up instead of refunded, inside the refill window shown on the service.

The full rules, including the five cases that are not refundable and how chargebacks are handled, are in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. What you may not order

  • Anything targeting content that is illegal in your country or in ours.
  • Harassment campaigns, impersonation, or the targeting of private individuals.
  • Use of the API to scrape this site, resell access to it, or overload it.
  • Chargeback abuse. A fraudulent chargeback closes the account permanently.

You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of whichever platform you are ordering for. Using this service may breach those terms, and any consequence for your account there is yours to carry.

8. Availability and liability

We aim for continuous availability and do not guarantee it. Maintenance, network outages and platform changes can interrupt the service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from downtime, from a delay in delivery, or from any action a third-party platform takes against you or your account.

Where we are liable to you for anything, our total liability for a claim is limited to the credit charged for the order that claim is about. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, abuses refunds or refills, or is used for fraud. Where the closure is our decision and you have not breached these terms, we return any unspent balance to its original payment method where that is possible.

10. Changes to these terms

We can update these terms. Material changes are posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. If you do not accept a change, stop placing orders and open a ticket about your remaining balance.

11. Disputes

Start with a ticket. Almost everything is a delivery question and it gets answered faster there than anywhere else. If your complaint is about a card charge rather than about an order, raise it with Whop, who took the payment and hold the record of it.

Nothing here removes a right you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.

12. How to reach us

Questions about these terms go through the ticket system inside your panel, which attaches the conversation to your account and your orders. Support routes are listed on our support page.

Questions about this policy

Open a ticket from inside the panel and it reaches someone who can see your account and your orders.
