How it works
How an SMM panel works
An SMM panel is a shop that sells social media engagement in bulk: followers, likes, views, subscribers, members and reactions, priced per 1,000 units. You buy credit onto a balance, pick a service, paste a public link, and the panel places the order with whoever delivers it. This page explains every step of that, and the words the industry uses without explaining them.
What we run
1,338 services across 129 categories, one balance, one order history and one API. We take the charge, send the order into our delivery network, read the status back onto your order, and refund whatever did not arrive.
A delivery time on a service is an average across recent orders, not a commitment. A service that stops working comes off the list rather than staying up and failing.
The seven steps from signing up to a finished order
- 01
Create an account
A username, an email address and a password. Nothing is charged and no card is asked for at this point.
- 02
Confirm your email
We send a link to the address you gave. It is good for 24 hours. You can read every price without confirming, but you cannot buy credit or place an order until you click it.
- 03
Buy credit
Six fixed amounts from $20 to $1,000, paid by card through Whop. The processing fee is shown as its own line before you pay. The credit lands on your balance as soon as the payment clears.
- 04
Choose a service and a quantity
Each service shows a rate per 1,000, a minimum order size, a maximum order size, the average delivery time our network reports, and whether it carries a refill. The charge is quantity divided by 1,000, multiplied by the rate.
- 05
Paste the public link
The link to the profile, post, video or channel you want the units delivered to. That is the only thing we need. We never ask for the password to a social account.
- 06
We send the order to our network
The charge comes off your balance and is written to your balance history in the same database transaction, so the two can never disagree. The order is then forwarded to our network within seconds. Our network gives back its own order id and we store it against your order.
- 07
We read the status back once a day
We read status back from our network once a day, so an order row can sit unchanged for up to 24 hours before it moves. If it has been longer than that, open a ticket with the order id. The job reads the status, the start count and the remaining quantity, then writes them onto your order, so what the row shows is what our network last reported and not a number we typed in.
The whole path costs $21.00 to try, which buys $20.00 of credit. Every step after the email confirmation happens inside the panel.
Order statuses and what each one means
These six statuses come from our network and we show them exactly as they arrive. We read status back from our network once a day, so an order row can sit unchanged for up to 24 hours before it moves. If it has been longer than that, open a ticket with the order id.
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Pending | Pending means the order is queued and delivery has not started. New orders sit here for a short while and it clears on its own. |
| In progress | Delivery has started and units are arriving. The remaining count falls each time we read the order back from our network. |
| Processing | Our network has accepted the order and is preparing it. Delivery has not started yet. |
| Completed | Our network reports the full quantity as delivered and the order is closed. |
| Partial | Delivery stopped before the full quantity arrived. We refund the undelivered share to your balance automatically, with the order number written against it in your balance history. |
| Canceled | The order was stopped and will not deliver. If it never started, the whole charge returns to your balance. |
The words panels use, defined
These seven terms appear on every service row. This is what each one means on this panel.
Non drop
Non drop is a label our network puts on services built to reduce how many delivered units disappear afterwards. It is not a promise that nothing drops. No panel can promise that, because the platform decides what stays and what it removes. Treat non drop as a quality tier, not a guarantee.
Drip feed
Drip feed splits one order into several smaller batches delivered on a schedule instead of all at once. You choose how many batches and how many minutes to leave between them. People use it so a new post or a new track does not jump in a way that looks abrupt. Services that support it are marked on their row.
Refill
A refill asks our network to replace units that dropped after they were delivered, at no extra cost. Services that carry one are marked on their row, and each has a window, which is the period after delivery during which you can ask. Request it from the order row in your dashboard. It goes to our network as a refill rather than a new order, so nothing is charged.
Partial
A partial order is one that stopped before the full quantity arrived. We refund the undelivered share to your balance automatically when our network reports it. You do not need to open a ticket and you do not need to ask. The refund shows in your balance history with the order number against it.
Start count
The start count is the number the link had at the moment delivery began: the follower count, the view count or the like count as our network read it. We store it on the order so you can tell what this order delivered apart from what was already there.
Remains
Remains is how many units of your order have not been delivered yet. It counts down while the order runs. Remains at zero with a Completed status means the whole order arrived.
Average time
Average time is how long recent orders for that service took, as reported by our network. It is an average of what already happened, not a promise about your order.
We never ask for your password
Every service on this panel works from a public link and nothing else. We do not ask for logins. We request no permission on your account, and there is no button anywhere on this site that connects to a social account. We never post from your account.
If a message claiming to come from us asks for the password to a social account, it is not from us. Report it and change nothing on our word alone.
Keep the profile public until delivery finishes
Our network has to be able to open the link you gave. If the account goes private, or the post is deleted, or the link changes while the order is running, delivery stops and the count cannot be read. Orders that fail this way are not refundable, because nothing on our side went wrong.
Do not place a second order on the same link while the first one is still running. Our network reads the count before and after delivery, and two orders running at once make those numbers unreadable for both.
What we do not promise
- Delivery times are averages our network reports from recent orders. They are not deadlines and we do not guarantee them.
- Non drop reduces drops. It does not stop them. Units can disappear after delivery on any service, on any panel.
- Buying engagement is against the terms of service of every platform we sell for. Platforms can act on accounts, and that risk sits with you. We cannot appeal it, reverse it or compensate for it.
- Credit is not withdrawable to a card or a bank account. Refunds return to your balance.
- Prices change when our network's prices change, and a service can be withdrawn if our network stops selling it.
What happens when an order goes wrong
It stopped short
The order goes to Partial and we put the undelivered share back on your balance automatically. Check your balance history before opening a ticket, because the credit is usually already there.
The count dropped after delivery
If the service carries a refill and the refill window is still open, request a refill from the order row. It goes to our network directly. On a service with no refill, drops after a completed order are not refundable.
It never reached our network
Failed forwards are retried by the same job that reads status. Orders are not left sitting silently. If a service breaks before delivery starts, the order is cancelled and refunded in full.
You need a person
Open a ticket from inside the panel. It is attached to your account, so whoever answers can already read the order and what our network said about it. Support explains what to put in the first message.
For resellers, there is an API
Every account gets an API key on its account page. The endpoint is /api/v2 and it takes the request shape every panel script already expects. Add an order, read a status, read many statuses at once, request a refill, read a refill status, cancel, and read your balance. Point an existing script at this panel by changing the URL and the key.
Read the API documentationReady to run one order
Pick a service, add $20 of credit for $21.00, and paste a public link. The rest of it happens on its own.
